Madonna sued by fan who claims he was ‘forced’ to watch sexual acts during concert

Fan is suing the singer for not being warned about alleged explicit content of ‘Celebration Tour’ shows

Justen Lipeles opened a case against Madonna in California, claiming that concert-goers Celebration Tour they were not warned about the explicit content of the performance.

In the document, Lipeles states that he was at the presentation on March 7th at the Kia Forum. According to him, the show was delayed by more than an hour and a half, Madonna dubbed part of the songs, and fans were subjected to an uncomfortable situation due to the heat and the simulated sexual acts performed by the singer on stage.

The heat, still according to Lipeles, would have been the result of the artist’s request for the air conditioning to be turned off. “Forcing consumers to wait hours in hot, uncomfortable arenas, and subjecting them to pornography without warning demonstrates the disrespect of Madonna by fans,” the lawsuit states.

The complainant believes he was “forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sexual acts.”

Madonna is being sued for breach of contract, false statement, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false advertising and anti-competitive practices. Lipeles wants to get the concert ticket price back and a jury trial.
