Megan Thee Stallion’s plagiarism lawsuit dismissed


Last Thursday (20th), Megan Thee Stallion scored a huge victory in a battle over her hit song Attack after Judge Katherine Polk Failla dismissed the plagiarism lawsuit.

The artist was accused of copying a little-known song by producer James A. Greene, who filed a lawsuit last year, claiming that the producer of AttackJ White, had access to his music, It’s about to start.

James Greene claimed that Stallion’s track was copied from his work, stating that the producer obtained the track through his manager.

However, the judge ruled that there was not enough evidence to support the charge and dismissed the case altogether, noting that there was no evidence that Megan Thee Stallion or Warner had listened to Greene’s track.

He highlighted the lack of substantial similarities between the rhythms, drum patterns and vocals of the two songs.

Greene’s track was not widely distributed, which played a key role in dismissing accusations against the hip-hop star.

Megan Thee Stallion Releases Alternate ‘MEGAN’ Album Cover

The rapper Megan Thee Stallone has released an alternative cover of his new album MEGAN for Apple Music.

The album is already on pre-sale on digital platforms. The launch is confirmed for June 28th.

It is worth mentioning that the rapper’s most recent album is Traumazine. The album has 18 tracks, including Sweetest cakewith Dua Lipa.

In the previously released cover, the singer appears inside a cocoon.
