Last Sunday (23), rapper A$AP Rocky announced the release of his first album in six years. The disk will be called Don’t be stupid.
Last Friday (21st), he made his Paris Fashion Week debut with his first AWGE collection titled American Sabotage, and performed three new songs during the collection show. Once the performance concluded, a pre-save link was activated which revealed the album title and release date.
During an interview with Dazed in 2023, Rocky told more about this album. “Seems to be [seu] best work so far. I want to leave expectations wide and open. I don’t want to tell you what to expect. I just want people to experience it the way they do it naturally.”he said without providing many details.
It is worth mentioning that Rocky has already released two singles in 2023, Same problems AND Riot (Rowdy Pipe’n). There is no information if they will be part of the album.
The rapper recently starred in Bottega Veneta’s Father’s Day campaign with RZA and Riot, which grew out of his marriage to Rihanna. Rocky became an ambassador for the Italian brand in 2022.
The album Don’t be stupid Its release is confirmed for August 30th.

The rapper A$AP Rocky a fan asked him about the release of a new Rihanna album.
“He’s working on it”he replied.
It is worth mentioning that Rihanna’s last album was the Antiof 2016. After performing at the Super Bowl in 2023, he released two songs for the soundtrack of Black Panther: Wakanda forever, Lift me up AND Born Again.
