Singer Pitty has undergone emergency surgery, her consultant announced this Tuesday (2/7). In a statement posted on social media, the artist’s team announced that, on medical advice, Pitty had to undergo the surgery and will be recovering for 10 days.

Without providing any information about the reason for the surgery or the singer’s health status, the press office also announced that the next shows, scheduled in Volta Redonda (RJ), Sorocaba (SP) and Divinópolis (MG), have been canceled.
