In a post made on Instagram stories, Rich the Kid revealed a rant from Kanye West about his career in music
Known for hits like “Heartless,” “Flashing Lights,” “Father Stretch My Hands, Pt. 1” It is “I Wonder,” Kanye West became one of the greatest rappers in history, but lost all credibility after anti-Semitic comments and two below-average albums, entitled Donda (2021) and Vultures 1 (2024). Now, in a text message sent to Rich the Kidthe artist promised to retire “from professional music.”
In a screenshot shared on Instagram stories, Rich the Kid revealed a rant from the veteran rapper. “I’m retiring from professional music,” he wrote West. “I do not know what else to do.”
After that, Rich the Kid responded to the singer: “Retire? Why? How? People NEED the music you and Ty [fizeram em Vultures 1] and we made the BIGGEST STAMP of culture to date in 2024. We will do it all again, the kids need you. Maybe [você precise de] some time to relax, but retiring is not the case.”
Shortly after, Rich the Kid deleted the post in question from the social network, but the screenshot began to circulate and go viral on the internet. See below:
