Bianca Kyne says she feels “empowered” by a recent court ruling as she faces Manson in lawsuits described by the singer’s lawyer as “extortion”
A woman who claims to have been sexually assaulted multiple times by Marilyn Manson in the 1990s – starting when she was still a minor – decided to come out in public for the first time. In a new statement released on Monday (15), the woman says she felt “empowered” to come out with her full identity after a recent ruling in one of her two lawsuits against the singer, filed in New York It is Louisiana.
“I am no longer a nameless victim, I now present myself as Bianca Allaine Kynea survivor. Today I get my voice back, a voice that has been stolen for too long,” Kyne says in her new statement released by her attorney, Jeff Anderson. Kyne claims that Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warnersubjected her to “horrific” abuse in New Orleans in 1995, when she was 16, and again in 1999, in Long Island and upstate New York. “Warner exploited his power and twisted influence to coerce me into succumbing to his dark desires,” she says. “The young woman he harassed in Louisiana became a victim of his perversion in New York.”
Warner’s lawyer, Howard Kingsays Kyne’s accusations are “vicious lies” that amount to “extortion” of his client. “Bryan Warner does not know this person and does not recall ever meeting him in 28 years,” King tells Rolling Stone.
“He certainly was never intimate with her. She has been pushing her fabricated story to tabloids and on podcasts for more than three years. But even the most minimal amount of scrutiny reveals the obvious discrepancies in her ever-changing stories, as well as her extensive collusion with other false accusers.”
Kyne, 44, sued Warner in NassauNY, as an anonymous in January 2023. She alleged that Warner used his celebrity and power as an adult to manipulate her into accompanying him on a tour bus after a show in New Orleans in December 1995, when she was still 16 years old. She claimed that Warner complimented her artistry and then began kissing her, “biting her breast” and subjecting her to “oral copulation and penetration.” She alleged that Warner later “coerced” her into having sex in Uniondale It is BuffaloNY, just a few days apart in April 1999, after she had turned 18.
Warner filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in New York on May 22, 2023. Last December, Kyne voluntarily moved her lawsuits based on allegations of childhood sexual abuse in New Orleans to a separate lawsuit in Louisiana. Earlier this month, on July 5, the judge overseeing the New York case upheld the removal of the 1995 allegations from Louisiana to New Orleans, while also denying Warner’s attempt to dismiss Kyne’s claim of “intentional infliction of emotional distress” related to the alleged 1999 abuse. In a mixed decision, the judge sided with Warner, ruling that Kyne must remove all mention of her alleged grooming and sexual abuse as a minor from the “Factual Background” section of her New York complaint and remove any paragraph related to the artwork she composed as a minor and allegedly showed to Warner. (Warner did not seek to dismiss Kyne’s allegations of sexual assault related to the alleged 1999 abuse.)
“For years, I lived in its shadow, paralyzed by fear. But that fear no longer controls me. It has been replaced by a relentless pursuit of justice. I stand firm, unafraid,” Kyne says in her new statement. “This is not just about my personal story. It is about exposing an industry that prioritizes profit over the safety of vulnerable young women.” (Kyne’s lawsuits also include allegations of negligence against Interscope and the Nothing Recordswho released Warner’s music.)
Warner, 55, has denied allegations of sexual abuse from more than a dozen women. Last September, he reached a private settlement with an anonymous accuser who alleged he brutally raped her in 2011. The accuser further alleged that Warner also deprived her of food and sleep during their relationship and that he threatened to “smash her head in” if she reported him.
The September deal came after Warner reached a separate agreement with the star of game of Thrones, Esme Whitein January 2023. Bianco had alleged that Warner raped and assaulted her. The former accuser Ashley Morgan Smithline let his lawsuit end in default last year and formally dropped his allegations against Warner.
Warner’s former assistant, Ashley Walterssued Warner in 2021 and was recently given a trial date of June 2025. Walters, an artist who worked for Warner during what she calls a “horrible year” ending in 2011, alleges that Warner whipped her, threw plates at her and sexually assaulted her.
Meanwhile, a photographer who claims Warner caused her “fear and anxiety” when he spat and blew his nose at her during a 2019 concert in New Hampshire is asking a Los Angeles judge to reconsider a second dismissal of her case last January, citing “inadvertence or error” on the part of her attorney, who missed a hearing. Photographer Susan Fountain’s lawsuit is scheduled for a hearing next month.
