English football club presented new shirts for the 2024/2025 season on Tuesday (23)
Ozzy Osbourne It is Geezer Butlerfrom the iconic rock and heavy metal band black Sabbathsurprised fans by appearing in a commercial for Aston Villa, a football club in England.
The team presented this Tuesday (23) the new uniform that the athletes will wear on the field during the next season. In the promotional video, Ozzy appears wearing the shirt. He invites Butler to play at Villa Park, Aston Villa’s stadium. The two also appear alongside coach Unai Emery and players from the club. The soundtrack is “Paranoid”one of the band’s biggest hits.
Both Ozzy Osbourne and Geezer Butler were born in Birmingham, the same city as Aston Villa, and are fans of the team. The singer himself said that the song “AVH”which is part of the album No More Tearsfrom 1991, is a tribute to the club.
This season Aston Villa celebrates its 150th anniversary and is once again competing in the Champions League, Europe’s main competition, after 41 years.
