FatMan ScoopAmerican rapper and music producer, died after falling ill on stage during a show in the United States on Friday night, 30.
A video of his final moments at the presentation has been circulating on social media. He tries to cheer up the audience by asking them to “make noise” as he moves around the stage, before falling, apparently unconscious.
Among his major works is the song leak control, in collaboration with Missy Elliott and Ciara, whose video won a Grammy Award in 2006.
Several artists such as Snoop Dogg, Fat Joe, Timbaland and Hardwell have posted messages of mourning in the comments on Instagram. The cause of death has not been disclosed, but FatMan Scoop’s official account has published an official statement confirming the fact. Check out the translation below:
