JOTA25: Flausino reveals what to expect from the last shows of the Jota Quest tour

The tour JOTA25which celebrates the 25-year career ofJota Questhas taken fans on a nostalgic journey, but also showcases the band’s new musical directions. With a combination of classic hits and tracks from the album Back to the Newthe band is creating unique experiences at every show.

In an interview with Rolling Stone BrazilRogério Flausino gave more details about the presentations:

Each show has its own unique characteristics. We always try to include something special for each city, whether it’s a song we haven’t played live in a while, or a different version of a classic. The idea is for each fan to feel like they’re experiencing something unique.”

The group has been traveling around the country, carrying out the biggest tour in its history, and everyone has been committed to creating a show that highlights Jota Quest’s trajectory, but also looks to the future.

Every show is a celebration, not only of our career, but also of everything we have achieved together with our fans over these 25 years. Each city we visit has a different energy, and this motivates us to give our best at each show.”

Flausino also shared that the production of the shows has been taken to a new level for the tour. The band invested heavily in technology to create a spectacle. According to him, this evolution represents a learning experience for the group, which is committed to offering the audience an experience that goes beyond the music, and that is an immersive moment.

We are using a lot of technology to create a show that truly does justice to this celebration. It is an evolution for the band, and we are learning a lot in the process. We want to provide something that goes beyond the music, that involves everyone in a complete way.”

With the end of the tour approaching, the band is already starting to plan a well-deserved break. Flausino mentioned that, after December, the band intends to take some time off to recharge their batteries. However, this does not mean that future plans are on hold.

Despite the hiatus, the band is already thinking about how to celebrate their upcoming 30-year career, and suggested that fans can expect more news soon.
