Radiohead’s last studio album was released in 2016, while Thom Yorke’s band’s most recent tour took place in 2018.
Iconic British alternative rock band, Radiohead may return after eight years without releasing studio albums and six years without performing shows. According to the bassist Colin Greenwoodthe group recently returned to rehearsal.
It is worth remembering how the group, led by Thom Yorkelaunched A Moon Shaped Poolninth and most recent studio album, on May 8, 2016, while the band’s last tour, responsible for hits such as “Creep,” “No Surprises,” “Karma Police” and “High and Dry,” happened in 2018.
During an interview with Hay Festival Querétaro last Sunday, 8th, Greenwood talked about the upcoming photography book, titled How To Disappear: A Photographic Portrait Of Radioheadand took the opportunity to reveal how the members of Radiohead met just a few months ago.
“We did some rehearsals about two months ago in London, just to play the old songs. And it was a lot of fun, we had a lot of fun,” the bassist said in the conversation. In addition to Yorke and Colin Greenwoodthe band is also formed by Ed O’Brien, Jonny Greenwood and Phil Selway.
