Tyler, the Creator accuses former collaborators of selling stolen demos

The rapper claimed that Brandun Deshay and Tyler Major were taking advantage of ‘easy drafts’

Tyler, The Creator accused two former employees, Brandun Deshay (who also goes by Ace Hashimoto) and Tyler Major, to sell some of your unreleased music without your consent. So much deshay how much Major worked alongside the rapper shortly before and during the height of his career.

Last Thursday, July 7th, the rapper took to Twitter to vent his frustrations over the unapproved distribution of the unfinished tracks.

B. Deshay and Tyler Major selling old songs of mine is slutty. All these discordant kids are ‘especially ‘3D glass pacifist, whatever he called it. Selling stolen sh*t is like thirsting for hell,” he said.

In a second tweet, the rapper said he was extremely angry about the situation, and claimed that music producers would be ‘thirsty of easy drafts’, which together would net him hundreds of dollars.

like the HipHopDX points, Tyler and deshay had a falling out during recording sessions for the rapper’s 2009 debut mixtape, “Bastard”. At the time, Tyler reportedly removed a verse recorded by Deshay.

deshay commented to Variety his response to the accusation, saying that, at the moment, he only works for fun and not because he needs the money, invalidating the claim of Tyler.

“I produced and worked with Mac Miller, SZA, Thundercat, Kendrick Lamar, Anderson Paak, Post Malone, Chance the Rapper and many other talented artists. I did everything I wanted in music. By God, get real.”

It is not yet clear which recordings Tyler is referring to and whether or not the hip-hop singer will take legal action against deshayor Majorin the future.
