L’Orville: new horizons it has been going on lately, with episode after episode offering exciting character developments and heavy storylines that will stick with fans for a long time. New characters like Charly Burke make a sensation on the ship, while others like Gordon embark on life-changing adventures. Fans may wonder why this doesn’t happen more with the likes of John LaMarr, and actor J. Lee has something to say to that crowd.
I recently had a wonderful conversation with J. Lee about orville, and asked when we could see a slightly heavier episode about LaMarr’s story. After all, she has a lot to do with promoting him and a little bit with Talla too. I asked Lee what he had to say to viewers who wanted to see more of LaMarr and the actor shared the following:
Keep tweeting about it, maybe you’ll see. But we also have eight main characters in this series, so it’s more about what works for the series. I think as an actor, J. Lee, like John, you do your part. If it’s a solo episode of John, I hope it happens in the future. It could be this season, it could be next season if we keep enough energy. Meanwhile, John is happy to do what he has to do.
J. Lee wasn’t too keen to mention whether or not John had a strong story in season 3, but orvilleThe cast and crew are very concerned about the release of spoilers for the current season in general. Lee also mentioned the possibility of more heavy episodes for John in season 4 and, as other cast members have stated in previous interviews, indicated that the potential season has a chance if fans keep “energy.” Presumably, that means fans should continue to tune in for new episodes and talk about the show online.
L’Orville: new horizons has kept John LaMarr around for most of the season, but his stories haven’t gotten as meaty as others. J. Lee admitted he was happy to know that there are fans out there who want to see more of LaMarr, and he would be open too:
He takes his job as an engineer seriously, but you know, there could be more for John, you know? As long as people want it. I would appreciate it. You would rather have what too [John]It’s correct?
As stated earlier, orville This recently opened up a new subplot for John when he got hot and heavy with Talla, but things are still new between them. However, there is certainly more room for this relationship, so there is hope that future episodes will give them more screen time to explore this dynamic. I’d really like to see them become the next couple on the show, especially after Bortus and Klyden’s recent split.
It’s still too early to say whether or not season 4 will happen and give the show more territory to continue its serious storytelling and embody characters like John LaMarr. Meanwhile, fans can hope that Seth MacFarlane will include him in his potential plans for future seasons.
