The Black Keys announce release of ‘Ohio Players (Trophy Edition)’


The band The Black Keys announce the release of Ohio Players (trophy edition)the deluxe edition of the band’s twelfth studio album, out on November 15, 2024 with 18 tracksfour of which are new songs. The album will be released on Warner Music.

Last Friday (4), the The black keys shared the new song from the project, titled My stormwith the collaboration of Danny Lux, celebrating the partnership: “Working with The Black Keys was an experience I’ll never forget. I’ve been a huge fan of their music and style for years and it was fun to add my own touch to one of their songs. It’s been great to see them evolve as a band over time and being part of this project has helped me grow as an artist.”

My storm arrives accompanied by an official music video, directed by Corey Bost, now available on the channel The black keys node YouTube.

3 years ago, The Black Keys celebrated 10 years since the release of “Brothers” with a deluxe edition

To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the project brothersthe band The black keyslaunched 3 years ago at deluxe version from the album with three additional bonus tracks: Keep My Name Out of Your Mouth, Black Mud Part II AND Cut and change. This debut was released on all digital platforms by Warner Music, via None of these recordsand was the first in an annual series of archival releases from the band.

brothersoriginally published in May 18, 2010was recorded in the famous Muscle Shoals Sound StudioIn Alabama (USA). The album was a career breakthrough for The black keysreceiving critical acclaim and winning three GrammysOf Best Alternative Album, Best Rock Performance AND Best recording package for the project From Michael Carney.

After launching at that time, the Rolling Stone welcomed the project as “a masterpiece” and the Uncut he called them “one of the best rock ‘n’ roll bands on the planet”.
