Lauren Pisciotta claims she was drugged and abused during a studio session hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs in California
Kanye West is being sued by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who accuses him of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio recording hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs. According to California court documents, Pisciotta claims she was tricked into consuming drinks served on the rapper’s orders, following the announcement that everyone would have to drink if they wanted to stay in the club.
The complaint
Pisciotta, who previously sued Kanye in June for sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination, described in the amended lawsuit, filed Monday (10/8), that she began to feel disoriented after drinking the drink. According to the prosecution, he woke up the next day without a clear memory of the events, but with a deep feeling of “shame and embarrassment”.
Years later, Kanye would mention the incident, suggesting that they had “hooked up that night,” which would cause Pisciotta to view the experience as possible abuse.
History of inappropriate behavior
In the initial lawsuit, the former assistant, who is also an OnlyFans model, alleged that Kanye harassed her on several occasions, including sending explicit messages. According to the prosecution, one of the messages said: “I want to have sex, but then I want the woman to tell me how intense it was”, while another stated that he was going to masturbate.
Pisciotta reported that Kanye was obsessed with the size of his partners’ sexual organs and masturbated during phone calls with her. In response, the artist’s lawyers stated that he intended to sue her for attempted extortion, claiming that Pisciotta had made sexual advances with the intention of obtaining material advantages.
The rapper claimed that Pisciotta sent him unsolicited nude images and offered him sex in exchange for favors. He also said the assistant requested expensive gifts and other compensation.
