Singer Lexa experienced moments of great tension last night, just hours after announcing she was pregnant with her first child.
In the early hours of Friday, an artist and his team were the target of an attempted robbery shortly after leaving the recording of the program “Sabadou”, hosted by Virgínia Fonseca on SBT.
Lexa had an emotional outburst, revealing the scare she went through and how the situation affected her feelings of protectiveness, especially as she was expecting her baby.
In a video shared Friday morning, Lexa reported the difficult experience and the details of what happened during the attempted robbery. According to her, upon leaving the SBT studios, the van where she was accosted by thieves who ordered everyone to stay inside the vehicle.
“Yesterday we had a scare. I’m still a bit like that… We left the SBT and then we were surrounded by bandits, who stopped the van and said: ‘Everyone stay in the van. Lost, lost‘” the singer reported.
The situation was especially scary for Lexa, who wrapped her hands around her stomach as she felt a growing tension. “I started to get nervous, put my hand on my belly and started praying. But that’s okay“, said the artist.
The experience has left Lexa still shaken and her security team is now working to finalize a full report into the incident.
