A confectionery was surprised by Drake last weekend. Casuals Cakery, located in Toronto, Canada, held a rapper look-alike contest.

The winner was to receive a bottle of Hennessy cognac and a pack of cigarettes. Publications about the competition, however, caught the attention of Drakewho contacted Casuals Cakery.

The musician offered the winner of the contest ten thousand Canadian dollars, according to a message sent to the bakery. The establishment shared the DM on Instagram, in which they said: “Just give me a minute to stop hyperventilating right now… I can’t believe this is your account and you know about this. God, I love you.”

According to the NMEa group of contestants won the contest. Therefore, they will have to share the prize.
Other contests
Lookalike contests gained traction in October when one of Timothée Chalamet was promoted in New York. The actor was present at the event and even offered to pay the fine sent to the organizer.
In Brazil, there was a search for lookalikes of Selton Mello and, recently, of Fernanda Torres. They star I’m Still Herefilm directed by Walter Salles indicated to Critics’ Choice Awards.
