THE special From Roberto Carlos at the end of the year Globe aired last Friday, the 21st. This time the recording was made at the stadium Allianz Parkon November 27, 2024In concert open to the public. Duration
The original show was over two hours long and featured several moments between songs that ended up being excluded from the final edition.
Bugs fixed
The editing left out things that didn’t go as planned. Among them, the most surprising was the part where Leticia Colin started singing the song Olha and asked the production team to start over. Only on the third attempt did he manage to get the lyrics and tone of the song “Look… You have everything…” right. The audience’s reaction when he finally got it right was maintained.
Rose in the audience
A traditional moment of Roberto Carlos’ shows, the singer spent long minutes on stage handing out flowers to fans who were close to the stage. Most of the audience in the other sectors had already left when the singer continued to throw roses.
In the special, the moment was shortened to a few seconds, focusing on the production’s first rose petal “explosion”. The music I offer flowerswhich closed the show and preceded the moment, was not even played.
Sound quality
Those who attended the show at Allianz Parque – at least in the cheapest sector, the one with the highest seats – had difficulty understanding some jokes during part of the show. The audio quality displayed on the TV, naturally better, made everything clearer.
Setlist
Several songs sung on the day of the show were excluded from the Roberto Carlos Special aired on Globo. There have also been changes involving songs like Our Lady AND Loose animalsung with the participation of Frejat, Paulo Ricardo and João Barone and that of Chitãozinho and Xororó, which were subsequently rearranged. There was also the addition of a video with the song I’m terrible.
