Anaïs Gallagher, 24, even suspected movements, but no one confirmed to her what was really happening

On a previous occasion, Liam’s son, Generevealed that he discussed the possibility of the band returning with his cousin, AnaïsNoel’s heiress. The two even considered an “intervention”, but realized that it would not be possible.
While the children plotted, the parents actually discussed the group’s return. And since it was all a secret, not even they knew about it in advance — at least Anaïs didn’t know about it.
The revelation was made by Tom Ogdenvocalist of Blossomsin an interview with Radio X (via Music News). The singer is a friend of Noel, and the guitarist’s daughter was staying at his house when the news of the Oasis reunion broke at the end of August. He recalls:
“You know what? Noel’s daughter, Anaïs, was staying at my house when these new stories were emerging. She really had no idea. She was messaging people she knew to find out if it was true, but she didn’t get any responses.”
Before the announcement itself, the most consistent clue came during a Blossoms show in Wythenshawe on August 25th. On this date, news began to circulate in media outlets in England about Oasis’ return. The Ogden band then had the privilege of showing a teaser during the performance — shortly afterwards, this preview reached the group’s networks, which would confirm the news on the 27th.
“When we were playing in Wythenshawe and Anaïs came to watch us, she didn’t know yet. I got a call a few hours before we were going to go on stage, from our management, saying, ‘We need to show a music video after your show. I can’t say what it is, but it’s very exciting.’ Then it became kind of obvious. Obviously, the teaser came out soon after and the rest is history. Oasis were back. All shows are sold out. Ticket chaos.”
Finally, Tom joked that, having hosted Anaïs, he would call in the “favor” by asking her for tickets. If she was not even aware of the meeting itself, it remains to be seen whether she will at least have access to free tickets.
The Gallagher children’s “intervention”
In an interview published in early August by The Times (via Igor Miranda website), Gene Gallagher, the aforementioned son of Liam, revealed that he was rooting for the return of Oasis, which had not been announced until that moment. It was then that he admitted the “conspiracy” with Anaïs to carry out an intervention, which never went ahead.
“I have nothing to do with the fights. I don’t know if they will do anything to change the situation. I would love to, but it’s beyond my control. I spoke to Anaïs about doing an intervention, but only as a joke. They’re too smart for something like that, it would never work.”
The return of Oasis
The guns fell silent. The stars aligned. Oasis announced, on August 27, 2024, that they would reunite for a series of shows.
With 41 dates already confirmed, the Oasis Live ’25 Tour takes place between the months of July and November 2025, passing through the United Kingdom, Ireland, North America, Japan, Australia and South America. Brazil is the last destination on the agenda , having two presentations in São Paulo. Tickets are sold out.
It is not yet known who else will be involved with Oasis’ return. The last formation of the band featured the guitarist Gem Archerthe bassist Andy Bell and the drummer Zak Starkey.
