Radiohead: Does the band plan to reunite in the future? Ed O’Brien responds

Ed O’Brien was excited about a possible Radiohead comeback, but without giving too many expectations

the guitarist Ed O’Brien discussed what are the future plans of the radioheadBritish alternative rock band, during an interview with The Line-Up Podcastand answered whether the group plans to return to active duty.

“It might happen, but the other thing is… it might not,” stated the musician. “And does it matter?” At another point in the interview, O’Brien made it clear to the fans: “There is no radiohead at the time.”

“There’s a truth to what we do. So we’re not going to be one of those bands that get together for the big payday, just for the money,” continued the artist. “The thing with the radiohead, we could do something in a few years. We may not. But it has to be five people saying, ‘I really want to do this again with you.’ arrive and have different experiences. This must be allowed and encouraged.”

Although Ed O’Brien didn’t give many details about a possible comeback of the group, he also hinted at how the band could play again: “We love each other. We’re brothers. We’ll probably make songs together [novamente].”

It may not happen. I’m sure it will. I’m almost sure. But you also need to be able to be okay with the possibility that it won’t happen.
