Ceará was launched Thursday 30, Miixtraci, who walks among the genres with the participation of Wiu, Henry Freitas, Felipe Amorim and Rogerinho

Trap and Piseiro are two of the most popular musical genres of the moment. The first, derived from the most traditional rap, revealed an entire generation of artists. The second, popular in the Brazil region, has increasingly gained strength in other regions of Brazil.

In the middle of it, the singer Ceará ArthurzimHe collected the strongest in one and the Brazilian of the other to build the musical identity itself. The result of this is Mixtrassress (2025), mixtape with 11 tracks he released this Thursday 30, which has the production of EDNOBEAT and participation in names such as Wiu, Henry Freitas, Felipe Amorim AND Rogerinho. THE Rolling Stone Brazil He spoke to the artist to understand how the project was born, see the interview below.

Rolling Stone Brazil: where did you have the idea of mixing the trap with a trousers tree?

Arthurzim: In some older sounds I have already used some forró elements, as in the track “Woods“, And I noticed that the Piseiro brought an atmosphere very similar to trap in the shows. So, with the project Alvibesfrom the 3x recordMy Seal, we launched this mixture and the public embraced the idea very well!

RS: What are the strengths of each of these genres?

THE: Both Trap and the current Pantairo bring a mixture of electronic elements on their bases and the two mainly approach similar themes, they are songs more often for the roll that has an animated atmosphere and this ends up making the mixture very natural.

RS: And how was Mixtrapsy production process?

THE: Several nights turned into the studio, but although tiring it was fun, it was literally like being in another world, being in a study with the Somali playing accordion, low, etc … a stop that is not so common in trap , but it was a moment of learning.

RS: How did you arrive in the names that collaborate with you in this album?

THE: Naturally flowed. I have already listened to everyone who is there with me in the project, so I introduced the mixtape and the idea, the brothers had fun, embraced and in a few weeks we were already in the studio putting the voice.

RS: Will the mix of trap and panta tree become a trend in your opinion?

THE: Maybe yes or maybe not, but in my opinion we have already taken a big step that was piercing the acceptance bubble, a few years ago when someone tried to get out of the model the criticism was constant and nowadays you see several artists , even those who do not come from the north -est, make this wave or something similar and the main public has started to embrace this mix of musical styles.

RS: Do you want to explore other rhythms?

THE: Of course, this mixtape has had different intentions and one of them is to show my audience that I do not care about a single style, I am an artist and I love making music, regardless of the musical genre. Today I am doing a trap with Piseiro, but tomorrow I can launch a reggae or a funk, finally, my art is not limited to a specific style.
