Singer signed a detailed term and denied involvement in crimes
Rapper Oruam was released on Wednesday morning (26) after providing the police clarifications to host a fugitive from the court in his residence.
The artist, whose real name is Mauro David Dos Santos Nepomuceno, signed a detailed term before leaving the police city in Rio de Janeiro. At the exit, he said that his friend Yuri Pereira Gonçalves, arrested at his house, “is not a trafficker” and that the ammunition shown in a controversial video were “rubber”.
During the fulfillment of a search and kidnapping mandate at the Oruam Mansion, located in Joá, in the west area of Rio, the police found Yuri, who was sought for involving the criminal organization. On the scene, the agents seized a 9 mm gun equipped with a rajada kit and ammunition. According to Yuri, he and Oruam have been friends since childhood.
The delegate Moysés Santana Gomes, from the repression police station of narcotics (Dre), said Yuri arrived at the singer’s house the night before to play video games. They ordered, however, not to give a formal testimony, stating that he will speak only in court.
Wednesday’s possession was not the first time that Oruam was involved in the court. Last week he was arrested for performing dangerous maneuvers of the steering wheel in a tijuca bar. In addition, the artist is studied by an accident that took place at the end of 2024, when he presumably shot a firearm in a luxury condominium in Igaratá, San Paolo.
According to the police, Oruam was at a party and, instigated by other gifts, he used a 12 -caliber rifle to shoot the top. The case entailed the opening of an investigation and the Court of Santa Isabel (SP) issued research and seizure against him and his mother, Marcia Nepomuceno.
The rapper is also the son of Marcinho VP, considered one of the leaders of the red command and sentenced for crimes such as drug trafficking and murder. Orum Oast tattoos in honor of his father and trafficker Elias Maluco, sentenced for the murder of the journalist Tim Lopes.
Oruam: controversial declaration and outburst
During the exit from the police station, Oruam has shown dissatisfaction with the press and the controversy that involves its name.
“I’m going to tell you no. You are a delegate, judge, to tell you something? Everything I say is useless, I am already guilty,” said the rapper.
Despite the controversy, Oruam has assured that he will continue to focus on his career. “I am returning home. My album is booming and the way I wanted,” he said.
