The South Korean actor refutes the dispute and announces legal measures against defamation
The famous South Korean actor Kim Soo-Hyun spoke publicly on Monday (31) to categorically deny the accusations that he would have had a love relationship with the actress Kim Sae-Sno when he was a minor.

According to the actor, a recent video published on YouTube contained false statements and tests, including screenshots manipulated by messages that, according to him, could not have been sent by Kim Sae-Se.
South Korea establishes the age of consent in 16 years and Kim Sae-Sore was born in July 2000. Therefore, according to Kim Soo-Hyun, there would have been no irregularities in the relationship they had in the past.
Kim Soo-Hyun: legal measures against defamation
Given the negative repercussion, the actor’s legal team has announced legal actions against the managers of the dissemination of false information. According to Soo-Hyun’s lawyers, cases for a total of 8.15 million dollars (about R $ 46.5 million) have been moved for moral and financial damage. In addition, the authors of the video have been reported to the authorities for defamation and violation of the information protection law.
The legal representatives of the Kim Sa-Se-So family have not yet commented on the actor’s statements.
