The Internet phenomenon will launch the Bahian singer’s version of ‘Lua de São Jorge’ and a theatrical performance will mark the reopening of the Bravos Theater
In the month of Caetano Veloso’s birthday, the Bita world, who just premiered his first animated series on Cartoonito and HBO Max, will honor the Bahian singer-songwriter by re-recording one of his songs. This time it was the chosen one Moon of St. Georgelaunched by Caetano in 1979.
In the clip, previewed on Youtube by Mundo Bita on August 5, two days before the Bahian’s birthday, the animated version of Caetano joins Lila, Dan, Tito, Pepe Plot and the friend with the orange mustache for a fantastic and fun journey.
The partnership is part of the project Rádio Bita – Special Caetano Veloso 80 years old and it also celebrates what Mundo Bita considers its main mission: to play an important role in the development of the child and to bring quality cultural content to all families. Based on this idea, other big names have already been awarded, such as Alceu Valença, Djavan, Lulu Santos and Carlinhos Brown.
In the story of this new animation, Pepe Plot, a small alien living in Mundo Bita, has problems with his spaceship and ends up crashing on the moon. He soon asks Caetano for help, who immediately calls Bita and the whole gang for this mission. Together, they must find a way to reach the sky and save Pepe. After several unsuccessful attempts, the friends manage to reach the Moon and repair the ship.

The internet phenomenon will once again occupy the stages of São Paulo, in the reopening of the Braavos Theater. Bita and the animals – The show it will be presented over two weekends, 13, 14, 20 and 21 August.
The show directed by Maurício Vogue is a partnership between Cia. Regina Vogue and Mr. Trama, producer responsible for creating the content of Mundo Bita. Bita and the animals – The show is based on animations from Mundo Bita’s first album, which received the DVD Platinum Award from Sony Music and has over 2 billion views on the Internet.
