At 82, the singer-songwriter Ringo Starr used his Instagram account to announce his newest mini-album, titled EP3last Friday, 29th. According to the billboardthe disc is the continuation of the EP Change the World2012, and will be released on September 16th.
According to the team of ringothe album “intelligently called EP3” will feature four previously unreleased tracks. Even more, the launch will still feature “long-time collaborators”, such as Steve Lukather, Linda Perry, Dave Koz, Jose Antonio Rodriguez and Bruce Sugar.
With instantly recognizable vocals from ringohumorous lyrics and relaxed melodies, the EP3 will be released on September 16 for streaming, download and CD, with cassette and vinyl versions arriving later in the fall.”
In a press release, Ringo Starr said to record and write whenever possible. “It’s what I’ve always done and will continue to do, and releasing EPs more often allows me to continue to be creative and give a little more love to each song,” said the former Beatle.

While the mini album is not yet released in full, Ringo Starr already released the single World Go Round, on its YouTube channel. In addition to the track, the EP3 will still have the titles Everyone and Everything, Let’s Be Friends and Free Your Soulall recorded in the Roccabella West, the composer’s home studio.
