Lady Gaga monitored a Brazilian fan to share the stage with her during the historical show in Copacabana Beach, in Rio de Janeiro, Saturday evening, 3. Nicolas Rafael Garcia was chosen to live this special moment together with the artist.

The fan holds a graduate in hospitality at the Ufrj (rural university of the Federal of Rio de Janeiro) and works at the Copacabana Palace in the area of relations with VIP guests.
Together they put a Brazilian flag in a kind of window. Nicolas had the mission to translate Lady Gaga’s letter to the public. The star made his speech in English and then spoke in Portuguese.

In the speech, Gaga apologized for the delay of over 10 years to return to Brazil, thanking the affection and declared himself to Brazilian fans. The last time it was in the country was in 2012. The meeting was scheduled for rock in Rio in 2017, but canceled the last minute participation due to a health problem.
