Music Leg releases ‘CPR’, according to a single from the long -awaited album Moisturizer

With explosive chorus and music video directed by the band, the new track anticipates the irreverent energy of the album on July 11

THE Wet Leg It’s not just back – it’s bolder, mocking and contagious than ever. The British band released on Tuesday (27) the second single of their new album, Moisturizerwhich arrives on July 11th. The track of the time? “CPR” – A dancing blow that opens the album already asking, “Is it love or suicide?”

With lewd beats and a chorus that sticks like acid gum, “CPR” Mix romance and chaos with the typical sense of humor of the vocalist Rhian Teasdale. The clip, directed by the band itself, is a frantic sequence that seems filmed inside someone’s head after an energetic and two broken hearts.

After the first single, “Catch these Fists” – presented in full force on the stages of the The Tonight Show and from Jonathan Ross Show -, “CPR” It reinforces the tone of what’s coming: an explosive, strange and irresistibly fun album.

Recorded with the producer Dan Careylongtime partner, Moisturizer Born in Southwold, the coast of the UK, during a creative immersion with all five members: Rhian Teasdale, Hester Chamber, Ellis Durand, Henry Holmes and Joshua Mobaraki. Between studio sessions and horror nights (literally: they saw scary movies every night), the band found a new breath to compose together – and have fun in the process.

The result? A record that doesn’t try to fit expectations of “second album” or surrender to the easy pop. Instead, the Wet Leg Fold the bet: sharper guitars, dirtier synthesizers, sharper letters. If debut has already made noise (with Grammys, Brits and more than half a billion streams), Moisturizer promises to cause even more.

While the world wonders what comes after Hype, the Wet Leg Respond as best as possible: dancing in chaos and making noise in style.
