Before the expected meeting tour, the Oasis announced a 30th anniversary edition of his seminal album, (What’s the story) Morning Glory?. The launch, scheduled for October 3, will feature five newly rated acoustic versions of classic tracks, including “Acquiesce”disclosed today.
The commemorative edition will be made available in digital formats, as well as physical versions in 2 CDs and 3 LPs. In addition to the remastered 2014 version of the album, fans will have new more intimate interpretations of “Cast no Shadow”, “Morning Glory”, “Wonderwall”, “Acquiesce” and “Supernova Champagne”produced and mixed by Noel Gallagher with Marine Callum in the studio LONE STAR SOUNDin London. The reprint also brings new art signed by Brian CannonDesigner of the original cover, as well as unpublished texts in the booklet.
The relaunch will be available in several unique versions of colorful vinyl, including 3LP crystal clear “Cast no Shadow” (exclusive for independent stores), 3LP marbled blue inspired by “Morning Glory” (Exclusive of HMV), 3LP Marbled Sepia inspired by “Wonderwall” (Exclusive of Amazon) and 3LP Neon Orange Inspired by “Acquiesce” (exclusive of the official store). All formats include the 2014 remastered version, as well as new bonus versions.

The album sold over 22 million copies worldwide and yielded Oasis your first Brit award in the category of Best British Album. To this day, it is the third best -selling studio album in UK history.
