Karametade musician, Dodo dies at 52 years of cancer complications

The musician Douglas Souza Arruda, known with the Nickname of Dodô, died at 52 Tuesday 22, from complications of skin cancer. He was a drummer from the Band of Pagoda Karametade, success in the 90s.

The news of Dodô’s death was shared by the drummer of the band Vavá. “It is with great sadness that I announce the departure of our friend Dodô, drummer and member of the Karametade group. The struggle was great against a melanoma.”

“Know that your story will never be canceled, my brother. A cheerful boy with an easy and friendly smile and an extraordinary person who now lives there in the sky. To a day, my brother, his inheritance will never come out. My feelings for all family and friends,” added the singer.

Dodo’s funeral takes place in the Church of Jesus Christ of the Saints of the Saints of the last few days, in Santos, on the coast of San Paolo, until 11:00 pm on Tuesday 22 and from 9 to 9 on Wednesday 23.
