English group returns with tour celebrating 40 years of career; presentations in São Paulo and Curitiba have tickets for sale
JamesBritish British Rock Band, returns to Brazil later this year. The tour, which celebrates its 40th career, goes through Curitiba (wire opera – November 12) and São Paulo (Audio – November 13).

Graduated in 1982, James won a faithful fan base in their early years, but even burst with GOLD MOTHER (1990), your third album. Following Laid (1993), Wiplash (1997), Millionaires (1999) and Pleased to Meet You (2001). The list of your best known songs includes “Start Home”, “Sit Down” and “Laid”.
Between 2001 and 2007, the group was in hiatus. The next year around, released the album Hey ma. In all, the band accumulates 18 studio records – the most recent, Yummyhe left in 2024 and led James to reach the top of the British parade for the first time in his history.
This will be the third time of the group in Brazil. The first was in 2012, with solo show in São Paulo, and the last in 2024, when he performed on the Sunset Stage of Rock in Rio. The current formation has:
