THE Tame Impala over “Loser” to Deadbeat in just one day: after the newest single from the band led by Kevin Parker Arrived on Wednesday, the group officially announced their upcoming fifth studio album.
Deadbeat leaves on October 17 through Columbia Records – the first LP of Tame Impala on the label – and the announcement came shortly after the first two singles of the album: The Dancing “End of Summer”seven minutes and the newly released “Loser”who remembers the Beck and has music video with Joe Keery.

Parker had already described his long -awaited continuation of The Slow Rushof 2020, as “kind of a futuristic primitive rave act”, and the dissemination material of Deadbeat He keeps this footprint, citing the rave scene of Western Australia and Bush Doof culture as inspiration.
But the lyrics portray “a forever frustrated guy, a failure that decreases and gets stuck in a negative cycle when he should have put his life on his axles for a long time”, while Parker Navigates the domestic routine.
