The singer, songwriter and performer Ava Rocha returns to one of the most symbolic stages of its artistic trajectory: the Workshop Theaterin São Paulo. On September 7, she presents the show of her acclaimed album Nektara hypnotic and sensory work released by Yb music. Being before that overwhelming work opened a portal for another world. The workshop was for me a large university, a space for transformation and internal revolution.
From this meeting, Zé Celso invited her to work in the filming of The Sertões. Ava He moved to Sao Paulo and spent two years immersed in the group’s “Electronic Terreiro”, where he deepened his aesthetic, political and spiritual view. It was during this time that she first sang on the scene, acted in different roles and began to solidify the basis of her transdisciplinary career, which fuses music, performance and cinema.
