A$AP Rocky was arrested in April of this year and must face prosecution
A$AP Rocky faces lawsuit for allegedly shooting ex-colleague. Terell Ephron (real name of A$AP Relli) was a member of the collective A$AP Mob and claimed to have been the victim of a shooting in November 2021.
In April of this year, Rakim Mayers (real name of A$AP Rocky) was arrested upon landing in Los Angeles for involvement in an exchange of fire. The rapper was released after posting a $550,000 bond (approximately R$2.5 million at current rates), according to the website. AND! News.
According to a lawsuit brought by ephron, Mayers and he would have argued in the bar before the shooting. “After arriving at the scene, a conversation continued until, without provocation, warning or any justification, A$AP Rocky intentionally shot the Lord several times ephron,” said lawyers for reli, Jamal Tooson and Brian Hurwitz.
According Tooson and Hurwitz explained to Rolling Stone USA, conversation was scheduled to discuss “disagreement” between them. According to NBC News (via Splash UOL), there were three or four shots that would have hit the hand of ephron.
rocky and reli became friends during high school. Though he’s not a rapper, A$AP Relli was responsible for the rocky for the group, as he was a producer and talent curator.
A$AP Rocky did not comment on the accusation.
