In a break from the weekend of the shows, the City of Music hosts on Wednesday “The Town Learning Journey”, which uses the management of the Festival as a case of live study on leadership and innovation

Even with the doors closed to the public in general, the city of music, at the Racetrack Interlagos, is in full swing on Wednesday 10 September. The place today hosts the second edition of The city’s learning journeyAn executive immersion event that transforms the complex operation of the festival into a case of real study for 350 managers and entrepreneurs.

Conceived by Provoke Educainment Club in collaboration with HSM, the project offers a journey of over 10 hours of content, in which participants learn management, leadership and sustainability directly with the managers of the organization of the mega event.

The experience acts by “Live Case Study” (Live Case Study), conducted by over 20 managers of Rock World, the Creative Company of the Town and Rock in Rio and strategic partners. Among the speakers there are the names of state -like the CEO Luis Justothe CBR Roberta Medina and the CPO Rodolfo Medinawho share the challenges and solutions behind an operation that involves more public, high investments and exposure to major brands.

The content of the program is divided into three main pillars: “Leadership in complexity”, “Strategic commitment” and “Sustainability as a current value”. The paths of knowledge are addressed from the management of crises and reputation to the creation of social and environmental value and public involvement through the narratives of the brand.

The concept, created in 2015 by Agatha Arêasfounder of provoke and former marketing director of Rock in RioIt has formed over 4,700 managers in Brazil and Portugal, using the backstage of important events as a practical and innovative teaching platform.
