Actress Maya Hawke, who plays Robin in “Stranger Things”, has released a new clip. The song of the time is “Sweet Tooth” and the video contains footage of a dental emergency that the actress actually faced.
Hawke composed the song in his spare time from his work on the Netflix series and it was the last track to appear on his new album. “When we finished the first recording session, I felt a joy. I knew I needed that feeling on the record,” she said in a statement.
The music is really upbeat and cute, with an indie folk acoustic base. And his lyrics include a declaration of love for the artist’s mother, actress Uma Thurman.
“Sweet Tooth” is part of Maya’s second music album, “Moss,” which will arrive on digital platforms on September 23 – and also includes the single “Thérèse”, which produced a much-discussed nude scene clip.
