Rapper makes a statement at a concert in India and reignites speculation about a possible partnership between the two
During his visit last Sunday, 19th, to Mumbai, India, the rapper Travis Scott took a break from the music “God’s Country”from his latest solo album Utopia (2023), to send a message to Kanye West: “Shout out to my bro, Ye. We might have to meet up soon, we got something special here.”
The moment instantly went viral on social media. Check out the video:

The context makes sense. Speculation about a new project Travis begin to circulate while Kanye West plans to launch Bully in the coming months.
Under Kanye’s tutelage, Travis developed as a producer, performer and designer of ideas. Worked on projects such as Yeezus (2013), The Life of Pablo (2016) and, more recently, in the collections Vultures (2024), in addition to sharing credits on tracks such as “Praise God”, “Pablo” and “Fuk Sumn”. Himself Utopia carries a lot of the sound school of Kanyefrom industrial atmospheres to distorted vocals and the search for aesthetic grandeur.
But this partnership goes beyond music. Kanye helped shape Travis as an artist: his relationship with fashion, visual direction and explosive marketing carries DNA of Yeezy. In return, Travis brought the Kanye a new cultural lens, the energy of Generation Z, the aesthetics of performative chaos and the ability to transform each launch into a global event.
