Yesterday was the last day of concerts Rock in Rio 2022. An incredible festival, which brought together the main names of national and international music. But that, too, was another gigantic milestone in returning to normal life after months of pandemic. In other words, those who have managed to guarantee their presence and enjoy the RIR will keep every moment in their memory, as something truly special.

But not everything in life is just joy. After all, Rock in Rio is over, but the tickets keep coming, right? Therefore, this tends to be a hard working Monday for those who have gone to RIR. Physical exhaustion after hours of entertainment, little sleep and lots of fun can be desperate for those who need to get back to producing today.

But stay in peace. With the help of Dr. Patricia Maira Costa, General Clinic of Anchieta de Brasília Hospital and Camila Lima, nutritionist and professor at the Centro Universitário de Brasília (CEUB), we have separated some ways to recover from Rock in Rio. Watch:

  1. Stay at rest. If your work does not allow it, try, as far as possible, to avoid more aggressive physical exertion;
  2. Drink lots of water and stay hydrated;
  3. Follow a lighter diet, with fruits and vegetables. Broccoli and bananas are great options;
  4. Drinking fruit juices;
  5. Bet on a very strong coffee;
  6. Depending on the symptoms, use medicine for nausea or pain;
  7. Avoid using anti-inflammatories that irritate the stomach lining;
  8. Do not take acetaminophen as it can cause liver toxicity.
