Singer Naldo Benny posted a video in response to MC Créu’s attacks on his wife, Ellen Cardoso, last Saturday, 17. In the post posted on Instagram, Benny cursed the MC for saying that his wife has “serious defects of character “and who knows the secrets that she is afraid of. In the video, Naldo claimed that if Créu kept talking about “Moranguinho”, which is in “A Fazenda 14”, he would go to the artist’s house to resolve the situation.

On the social network, followers filled the post with comments with divided opinions. Some have expressed support for the singer’s positioning. “You are in your right to defend yourself,” commented one fan. Others condemned the public exposure of the disagreement. “It’s out of control,” wrote one netizen.

But it is not the first time that Naldo’s name is at the center of controversy. In 2018, the singer was arrested red-handed for personal injury and illegal possession of weapons. The victim was his wife Ellen Cardoso who reported him. Naldo was released after bail and some time later the couple resumed their relationship.

In 2017, the artist arrived late to a show in a city of Minas Gerais and quarreled with the audience, who threw bottles on stage and booed the singer. The artist’s response was to leave the event in the first song and soon after, the night ended with confusion and riots.

At the time, neighbors said that Benny’s team had to escape by jumping over walls for fear of the crowd revolting and vandalizing the concert hall. But Naldo’s team denies invading private property to escape.
