On Friday (23), the singer, songwriter and actor Joshua Bassett shows the full range of his art in his new EP Sad songs in a hotel rooma six-song set that includes the single slow smokeplus an impressive new job, lifelinewhich is accompanied by an intimate video showing Bassett delivering touching texts directly to the camera. The album is now available on digital platforms via Warner Records.
Sad songs in a hotel room follows his set of three songs – Crisis, Secret And set me up – critically acclaimed in 2021 where along with feel something and his self-titled debut EP in 2020, he took from all of his global streams Bassett for more than 350 million.
With this new album, the artist continues to lay bare his soul, inviting listeners into a world full of sweet memories and dreams for the future.
