The rapper says Bacardi isn’t sharing key financial information about ownership of his brand
or rap singer Jay Z filed a lawsuit against the business partner Bacardi asking for more financial transparency.
In the judicial documents obtained from the TMZBeyoncé’s husband asked Bacardi to share more financial information with him, who maintains a partnership with his company Liqueur SC for the production of cognac D’Usse.

According to the singer’s complaint, Bacardi is not sharing key financial information about his stake in the brand to ensure the partnership remains on a percentage basis. 50/50.
Again according to the TMZthe document states that transparency is necessary for Jay-Z to do so “monitor the conduct of business (of Bacardi) to protect SC’s rights as a partner”.
Furthermore Liqueur SC asked that the Bacardi also share the location of all the warehouses, barrels, bottles and accessories relating to the D’Usseas well as your share information.
