Belle & Sebastian cancel shows in Brazil due to health reasons

With shows scheduled for São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Belle & Sebastian cancel their trip to South America

belle & sebastian canceled shows in Brazil. Indie-folk band would play in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro – at Audio and Circo Voador, respectively – but had to change plans for “health reasons,” as informed in a note.

“Our sincere apologies to the fans who were hoping to see us on tour in Latin America next month. Due to a health issue, we had to make the difficult decision to cancel this tour,” they said about the tour and the shows that would take place on December 9th and 10th.

“In these uncertain times, we thank everyone who purchased tickets for these shows and we extend our thanks to everyone who wished us well this week. We hope that it will be possible to revisit the dates at some point in the future,” they added.
