47 years ago, in November 1975, the legendary performance of Elton John at Dodger Stadium he consolidated his worldwide success. To complete the cycle, the iconic singer returns to the same stadium to grace the audience with his last US concert: ‘Elton John Live: The Farewell Show’which will be broadcast live disney+this Sunday (20th), from 11.30pm.

From directors RJ Cutler and David Furnish, the production is a feature film about the singer and will reveal never-before-seen rehearsal and concert footage from the last 50 years, as well as personal archive material and exclusive interviews.
The film will also show his final months of touring and look back over the first five years of his career, from 1970 to 1975, when he released 10 albums, seven of which were #1 on the Billboard charts, and became a worldwide phenomenon. The documentary will be screened at international festivals before being made available on disney+whose debut is scheduled for 2023.
