The band will play 23 shows between March and July, at stadiums and festivals across North America and Europe
AP – There is no rest: fresh from a world tour and having released two albums this year, the band hot red chillies is gearing up for a series of stadium and festival performances in North America and Europe in 2023.
Live Nation said on Monday the 5th that the international tour will run for 23 performances and begin March 29 at BC Place in Vancouver, followed by shows in Las Vegas, San Diego, Houston, Lisbon, Madrid, Vienna and elsewhere until ending in Glasgow, Scotland on July 23.
More bands and artists join the hot red chillies on the selected dates. Among them are The Strokes, Iggy Pop, The Roots, The Mars Volta, St. Vincent, City and Color, Thundercat and King Princess.
Tickets will go on sale from 9 December.
The funk-rock band has given us not one, but two albums in 2022: The return of the dream canteenin October, and Unlimited love, in April. Both have spent time at the top of Billboard’s best-selling album charts.
The Peppers recently took home the Global Icon Award at the MTV VMAs, and their single Black Summer also won Best Rock Video.
the specialized publication pollstar placed the band at No. 4 on its list of top-grossing tours of 2022, behind Bad Bunny, Elton John and Lady Gaga, with an average city gross of $5,605,217 and an average ticket price of $134.39.
