In a post on Twitter, Charli XCX recalled the lack of nominations for her album “Crash”
Charlie XCX expected to receive Grammy nominations for their most recent and critically well-received album, crash (2022). The award, however, snubbed the singer, who took the situation in a very good mood.
In a publication on Twitter on Sunday, 05, the day of the award, Charlie compared to Mia Goth. The actress, star of pearl (2022), was also snubbed by the main ceremony in which it could compete, the oscar.
“The fact that I was not nominated for the Grammy per crash It is like Mia Goth not receive a referral to oscar per pearl. It just proves that people don’t want to see hot, bad girls thrive,” he captioned a photo of himself.
