A married federal prison guard has been arrested in New Jersey on suspicion of having a sexual relationship with an inmate, the New York Post reported.
Jordan Pensak, 27, worked as a corrections officer at Fort Dix prison. She has been charged with sexual assault and released on bail. New Jersey prosecutors said she could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.

Details of the alleged relationship
Investigators say Pensak had sex with one of the inmates in her office several times starting in 2024. The inmate reportedly paid other prisoners to keep watch while the encounters took place.
Over the course of the relationship, Pensak and the inmate are said to have exchanged more than a hundred explicit messages, photos and videos. In a conversation with a friend, she admitted to smuggling him banned items. Asked whether she understood she could end up behind bars as a result, she said yes.
