The milestone staging is made possible through a strategic alliance between Spanish public broadcaster RTVE, media giant TelevisaUnivision, and venue operator Starlite.
Spanish television host Jesús Vázquez will head the presentation team at the Starlite Marbella venue. He will share hosting duties with Univision presenters Alejandra Espinoza and Clarissa Molina, bringing together television personalities from both sides of the Atlantic for the celebration of Latin youth culture.
Established by American Spanish-language network Univision, the Premios Juventud is an annual awards gala celebrating major figures in Latin music, television, streaming, content creation, and pop culture. Staging the gala in Marbella, a resort city on southern Spain's Costa del Sol, marks a significant international expansion for the event, which has historically taken place in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Host line-up and broadcast details
For Jesús Vázquez, leading the ceremony represents a key milestone in his ongoing career with RTVE. The veteran Spanish presenter previously hosted Benidorm Fest 2026 and La casa de la música for the network, and is slated to front the upcoming game show El Túnel: avanza y gana.
His co-hosts bring substantial experience to the Premios Juventud stage. Mexican presenter Alejandra Espinoza will take on hosting duties for the seventh time, while Dominican television host Clarissa Molina returns to anchor the broadcast for her fourth occasion.
Viewers in Spain can watch the ceremony live on RTVE networks. In the United States, the gala will be broadcast across Univision, UNIMÁS, Galavisión, ViX, and YouTube, while Mexican audiences will be able to follow the event on Canal 5.
The main gala will be preceded by Noche de Estrellas, a dedicated red-carpet pre-show. The arrival program will offer live interviews, exclusive backstage coverage, musical performances, and showcases of the latest fashion trends across the red carpet.
Nominees and star performers
The 23rd annual gala features competition across 50 categories recognizing achievements in music, streaming, and digital entertainment. Mexican singer Carín León leads the nominations overall, competing for nine awards across the night.
Colombian singer Beéle, Puerto Rican artist Rauw Alejandro, and Costa Rican-born Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Kany García follow closely with seven nominations each. Other high-profile nominees include Eladio Carrión, Farruko, Karol G, Manuel Turizo, Quevedo, Shakira, and Romeo Santos.
The live ceremony will feature an extensive lineup of musical performances. Confirmed performers include Quevedo, Morat, Manuel Carrasco, La Oreja de Van Gogh, Ana Mena, Marc Anthony, Yandel, Wisin, Camilo, Christian Nodal, Mau y Ricky, Greeicy, Farruko, and Elvis Crespo.
Social impact awards
In addition to competitive categories, Premios Juventud will honor several prominent figures for their social commitment and community advocacy. Spanish actor Antonio Banderas will receive a special tribute recognizing his philanthropic endeavors and long-standing support for education.
Special social commitment recognitions will also be awarded to Latin pop group La Oreja de Van Gogh, salsa icon Marc Anthony, and reggaeton artist Yandel for their ongoing involvement in charitable and humanitarian causes.
