Rihanna and A$AP Rocky celebrated the third birthday of their son, Riot Rose Mayers, on Saturday with a Spider-Man-themed party at a house in Barbados, Rihanna's native country.
The 38-year-old singer, born Robyn Fenty, decorated the venue with Spider-Man decor, balloons and displays for the celebration.
Rihanna, born in Barbados, rose to global fame with hits including "Umbrella" and "Diamonds" before building the Savage X Fenty and Fenty Beauty brands. A$AP Rocky, born Rakim Athelston Mayers in Harlem, New York, emerged from the A$AP Mob collective and has released albums including "Long.Live.A$AP" and "Testing."
Sister-in-law leaks party footage
Footage from the party was leaked on Sunday by Nadia King, managing director of King Kreativ, who is married to Rihanna's younger brother, Rorrey Fenty, known as Gallest.
"The only crop over party I have the energy to attend this year," King wrote alongside a montage of clips from the children's party. "Thanks for the invite Riot Rose."
A$AP Rocky, 37, wore a silk scarf over a baseball cap as the group sang happy birthday to Riot.
Rihanna, a nine-time Grammy winner, and A$AP Rocky were also seen smiling down at a table as their son appeared to make a wish over his Spider-Man cake.
A shared connection to Barbados
The couple, who have matching 1988 tattoos, both have ties to the island. Rihanna lived in the capital, Bridgetown, until she was 16, and A$AP Rocky's late father, Adrian "Duke" Athelston Mayers, was Bajan.
Mansion shooting case
Rihanna's $13.8 million Beverly Hills mansion was shot up on March 8 by Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, who has pleaded not guilty to 10 counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and three counts of shooting at an occupied vehicle or dwelling.
Two more children and past parties
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are also parents to four-year-old son RZA Athelston Mayers and 10-month-old daughter Rocki Irish Mayers.
In 2024, Rihanna invited her 36-year-old brother Rorrey, known as "Funcle 4L," to RZA's second birthday party at the immersive art museum Color Factory in New York City.
On May 13, the couple rented out the slime museum Sloomoo Institute in New York City to mark RZA's fourth birthday.
The Daily Mail reached out to the couple's representative for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Rocky's praise for Rihanna as a mother
"She has changed a lot because she became a mother," A$AP Rocky told W Magazine in April. "And that certainly changes you. But this woman has always been magic. Philosophically, the way she operates is on another level. She is the most charming and genuine person on Earth. Her energy is unmatched, one of a kind. I just adore her."
Standing by him through his trial
Rihanna stood by A$AP Rocky's side as he faced up to eight years in prison over his involvement in a 2021 shooting of his longtime friend A$AP Relli. The rapper jumped into her arms after a jury found him not guilty of two counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm last year.
Rihanna first met A$AP Rocky in 2012, when she enlisted him to rap on her song "Cockiness (Love It)," though the pair did not begin seriously dating until 2020.
Rihanna has previously dated Chris Brown, Shia LaBeouf, Josh Hartnett, Drake, Ryan Phillippe, Leonardo DiCaprio and Travis Scott. A$AP Rocky was said to have previously dated Teyana Taylor, Sophie Brussaux, Kendall Jenner, Rita Ora, Chanel Iman and Iggy Azalea.

Rihanna, who has amassed 14 number one singles, has kept fans waiting a decade for the follow-up to her eighth studio album, Anti.
