Rihanna posed in a racy thong bodysuit to promote her Savage X Fenty lingerie label, sharing what she called her most eye-popping photoshoot yet with her 145 million Instagram followers.

The 38-year-old mother of three wore a lacy purple thong bodysuit with sheer paneling, showing off her curves nearly a year after giving birth to her third child, daughter Rocki Irish.

She posed next to a "curves ahead" road sign featuring a graphic resembling the silhouette of a woman, wearing her brunette hair down with natural-looking make-up. She captioned the gallery of photos: "even outside has rules @savagexfenty."

Savage X Fenty and Her Growing Family
Rihanna founded Savage X Fenty in 2018, and the label has since grown to include bras, underwear, sleepwear and loungewear.

The businesswoman shares the label's success with a growing family at home, raising RZA, four, Riot, three, and Rocki, 11 months, with her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky.

A Tattoo Designed by Her Children
Rihanna's devotion to her children extends beyond the boardroom. In May, it emerged that she had gotten a new tattoo designed by her young children, an abstract scribble on the back of her knee.

Celebrity tattoo artist Keith Scott, known as "Bang Bang" McCurdy, documented the session on Instagram. The 40-year-old New York-based artist showed off the inspiration for the piece, a sheet of paper covered in her children's scribbles alongside stickers from the Nickelodeon show Paw Patrol, though the stickers themselves did not make it into the final tattoo. Rihanna appeared pleased with the result, inspecting it in a mirror while wearing a pair of tiny black shorts.

Gushing Over Motherhood
Rihanna's love for her children was clear in a December interview with Extra, where she gushed over how quickly they were growing. "The babies are amazing. They're all getting bigger, and I cannot take it. My sons - oh, my God! - their faces are changing. Their necks are getting longer. I love it," she said.

A$AP Rocky told the outlet their children were as "cute as ever," adding that RZA and Riot were "getting along" better than he had expected. "I'm surprised that the older two getting along as much as they are, you know? Usually, you know, for them to be so close in age, they fight a lot, but... happy family," he said. He admitted their older sons occasionally get "a little jealous" of their baby sister but made clear there is nothing but love in the household.
'Best Friends' Raising a Family
Rihanna told Vogue in 2023 that Rocky is her "best friend" and described motherhood as "everything." She has said her first months as a mother were a rollercoaster, calling giving birth a "head-f**k" and admitting she couldn't believe she went into hospital pregnant and came out with a baby.

She also described raising her son as one of the most daunting responsibilities of her life. "Raising a young Black man is one of the scariest responsibilities in life... You're like, 'What am I leaving my kids to? This is the planet they're gonna be living on?'" she said.

Despite the challenges, Rihanna said motherhood has only strengthened her relationship with Rocky, describing the couple as "best friends with a baby." "Everything changes when you have a baby but I wouldn't say it's done anything but made us closer," she said. She also praised Rocky's bond with their son, saying the boy seeks and needs his father's validation.

From Super Bowl Reveal to Third Child
Rihanna revealed her second pregnancy by debuting her baby bump during her Super Bowl halftime show in 2023, just nine months after giving birth to her first child. She and Rocky went on to welcome their third child, daughter Rocki, on September 13, 2025.

Speaking to Interview magazine in 2024, Rihanna said the coronavirus pandemic had "sped up" her relationship with Rocky. "Had it not been for COVID, we would've taken a lot more time to get comfortable with each other, to even know that we were ready," she explained.

The singer, who has previously dated Chris Brown and businessman Hassan Jameel, said her relationship with Rocky felt different from anything she had experienced before, and that she was always convinced he would make a "great dad." "I let God lead and just let go. Because in previous relationships, I tried and tried and tried my best, and you still feel like it's not enough," she said. "So when someone sees you completely, and believes in you, and thinks you're worthy of being the mother of their kids, it's a great feeling. I felt the same about him. I knew he would be a great dad."
Asked whether she is amazed by what she has achieved in her career, Rihanna told the magazine that motherhood was the one thing she always knew she wanted. "The only thing that I knew I wanted, or that I could imagine, was motherhood. I didn't know how it would come, but it is the best part of my journey so far. Everything else was a surprise," she said. As for how many children she and Rocky plan to have, she added: "As many as God wants me to have."
