Pregnant presenter Vogue Williams has revealed that she and her husband Spencer Matthews have changed their baby boy's name shortly before her due date.
The couple had originally planned to name their fourth child Elvis, inspired by the rock and roll legend. However, just weeks before expecting their new arrival in October, Williams confirmed they decided against using the moniker.

Speaking on her podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me, Williams announced the sudden turn of events to her listeners. She explained that pressure from family members contributed to the change of heart.
"Do you know what? Big news from my week," Williams said on the episode. "We have changed our baby name, we have no name. You know the name was pretty full on and I loved the name. Spenny has been getting a few phone calls from family members regarding the name."

Her co-host, comedian Joanne McNally, joked during the recording: "I just don't think Gary is that controversial."
Family Reaction and Concerns Over the Moniker
Williams admitted that she had harboured lingering doubts about choosing such a prominent name for a young child.
"I honestly thought though because it's been on my mind I just, I haven't ever been 100 per cent comfortable with it," she said. "But because as much as I love the name it's such a big name to take on when you're little or trying to get a job when you're older. I have got other very cool options, though that was my favourite name."
She then confirmed the original choice, adding: "We were going to call the baby Elvis, I love it."

Williams, an Irish television and radio personality who presents on Heart Radio, married British television personality and entrepreneur Matthews in 2018. Matthews first found fame on the reality television series Made in Chelsea.
The couple already share three children together: seven-year-old son Theodore, six-year-old daughter Gigi, and four-year-old son Otto. They announced earlier this year that their fourth child, due in October, is another boy.
Relationship Jokes and Podcast Discussion
During the same podcast episode, Williams also shared candid and lighthearted jokes about how her late-stage pregnancy has affected intimacy with her husband.

Williams remarked that she felt Matthews might not find her as attractive as her pregnancy progresses, lightheartedly telling McNally: "I'm trying to look good looking today because I don’t think Spenny fancies me anymore."
McNally teased her back, saying: "Of course he doesn’t! You have been married for ages now, come on."
Williams laughed off the comment and detailed a conversation she had with Matthews. "No, because I think our fun times are over if you get me. I’m too pregnant now. I don’t want to. I was just being a nice wife and a good participant. But then when he was like 'yeah, well you’re really pregnant.' I was like 'excuse me? Sorry are you not into it anymore or?' And he’s like 'Vogue, you’re giving birth any minute now.'"
McNally added: "Oh, so suddenly now he’s respectful and leaving you alone."
Williams continued the joke, suggesting her recent lack of cosmetic treatments was to blame. "Listen, it’s amazing when you’ve got no interest yourself but if somebody else says 'oh no' and then you’re like 'I’m sorry? And what part of me don’t you fancy?' I was sitting on the toilet last night for the ninetieth time doing a wee going 'what’s wrong? What bit do you not fancy?' Is it because the Botox has run out?"
Producer Input and Late Night Turning Point
The show's producer, Joe, stepped in to offer a male perspective during the chat, saying: "I can’t speak for the whole male population, but I suspect on his part there comes a point where you’re sort of thinking more about the presence of a baby than the woman herself."
Williams replied: "Well, do you know what Joe, people are mad for pregnancy porn. Loads of people fancy pregnant people."
After Joe clarified he was not "kink shaming," McNally expressed concern that physical intimacy late in pregnancy might "knock out" the baby or "dent" his head.
Williams concluded the story by explaining how Matthews later attempted to initiate romance. "But last night then he was like 'actually, I kind of am in the mood now.' And I was like 'oh, no, no, no, no, that’s backfired.'"
McNally finished the segment by telling Matthews: "That ship has sailed buddy. That window has closed."
