If you analyze the lifestyles of those who lived to be 90 or older (and still run or ski), you can see that their grocery lists are very similar in many ways. What do centenarians eat?

1. Almond

These nuts are high in healthy fats and protein. In addition, they can be used in many dishes: sprinkle on yogurt, add to pastries, use almond flour and milk.
