Scott Pilgrim The Anime will feature the actors from the 2010 film as voice actors for their characters. The announcement was made by Edgar Wrightwho scripted and directed the feature film, through his Twitter account.

“This is not training! This is happening!”, Wright he wrote. “After years of reflecting on the potential of an anime adaptation for Scott PilgrimI’m excited to say it’s coming, with all the original cast back… You guys are going to go crazy.”

Bryan Lee O’Malleycreator of the comics, will be responsible for the script for the anime, which will be shown on Netflix. He also takes on executive production alongside BenDavid Grabinski. There is no planned release date.
